Welcome to the Huddle onboarding page.

To ensure you can get the most out of the platform, there are 4 important steps for you go through so you can securely and effectively use the platform.

Step 1
Change Your Password

You would have received your Huddle password by now. The first step we need you to do is to log into Huddle and change your password.

Follow the steps below or watch this video:

  1. Log into Huddle
  2. Sign in with your username and password
  3. On the left hand side, click on Account Management then Your Details
  4. Click on the password field and edit
  5. Enter your new password (12 characters, mix of small and capital letters, numbers and special characters)
  6. Click on the save icon
Step 2
Setup 2-Factor Authentication

The second step is setting up your 2-Factor Authentication. Follow the steps below or watch the video:

  1. Make sure you have downloaded either Google Authenticator or Authy on your phone
  2. Log into Huddle
  3. On the left hand side, click on Account Management then Two Factor Authentication
  4. Scan the QR Code (for some Apple iPhone users, you will need to setup the time sync function (in Google authenticator, click on settings --> Time Corrections for Codes --> Sync Now)
  5. Enter the QR code
  6. Click on Activate 2FA
Step 3
Set Your Searchable Staff

Huddle allows you to run reports and dashboards for your entire clinic and drill down to some specific users.

If you wish to setup those users so you can run their reports with ease, then follow the steps below or watch the video:

  1. Log into Huddle
  2. On the left hand side, click on User Selection Settings then Searchable Users
  3. Choose your clinic from the list if you have multiple clinics
  4. From the user list, check the box of the user you wish to be able to run reports/dashboards for and click on the arrow to add them to the selected users list
  5. You can scroll up/down to search for the users or type their name to search for them
  6. Once all of the users you selected are in the Selected User list, click on Save
Step 4
Customise Your Home Page

Huddle clients with the professional or enterprise licenses have the ability to customise their home page with their favourite and most important reports and dashboards.

To customise your home page, you can follow the steps below or watch the video:

  1. Log into Huddle
  2. In the home page, click on the Customise Index button (top right)
  3. Scroll through to select the dashboards or reports you wish to see
  4. Once done, scroll all the way down and click on save
  5. Your new home page will now reflect your selection
